What is your return policy?

Because every candle is 100% handmade to order, we are unable to accommodate returns. Please keep in mind, every candle is unique and minor imperfections are natural when working with soy-based wax.

Why does my candle have white spots?

The white spots you may see on your candle is often referred to as "frosting". Frosting is when a white crystalline layer forms on the surface and naturally occurs when working with soy wax. Fortunately, frosting does not effect your candle and is safe to burn.

Can I burn my candle?

Absolutely! Although they look great as a home decor piece, all of our candles can be burned, and are lightly scented with Vanilla. As with any candle, it is important to keep it away from drafty areas & always supervise while burning. Your candle should be placed on a heat safe surface & the wick should be trimmed to 1/4" before lighting.

I placed my order, how long until it ships?

Thank you for your support & purchase! All of our candles are handmade to order. While we strive to get your candle to you as quickly as possible, we also want to ensure you get the best candle we can make. Please allow 24 - 48 hours after order confirmation for shipping. Times may vary depending on size of the order.
